Sean Cotton

President

Sean Cotton is a veteran digital marketing practitioner, industry thought leader and the president of Coegi. Coegi has been recognized as an industry leader, receiving many accolades that include being named a 2018 Entrepreneur 360 Top Company two years running, the 2017 Digiday Award for Most Committed to Employee Growth and the 2016 iMedia Best Programmatic Partner Award. In 2017, Sean was awarded the Industry Luminary Award by iMedia for his leadership and contributions to the growth of the digital marketing industry.

Katie Kluba

SVP of Operations and Analytics

An accomplished digital marketing and advertising professional Katie has over 13 years practical experience developing and operationalizing marketing strategies for large fortune 100 companies. Katie applies a results focused approach which connects channel performance to business goals that achieve superior results. Katie has led marketing teams at some of the top marketing agencies around the globe, including Xaxis, a WPP Company, and Catalyst, a GroupM Company. Combining her business acumen and thorough understanding of the digital landscape she excels at identifying market opportunities and consumer trends that matter most to brands. In her roles she has serviced such global brands as Dell, Jaguar Land Rover, Audi, P&G, Kimberly Clark, Allergan, Discover Financial Services, and Barclays, to name a few.

Ryan Green

Sr. Director of Client Strategy

In 2014, Ryan became the first employee of Coegi, launching the day-to-day operations of the company. He later assumed the role of Operations Director, overseeing the implementation of Coegi’s tech stack on The Trade Desk, DBM, White Ops, 4C and TubeMogul. Since that time Ryan has been applying his knowledge of data analytics and human behavior as the Head of Strategy for Coegi clients, out of the Minneapolis Office. Ryan is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri, teaching the School’s first course on Programmatic Media Buying. Prior to his career in marketing, Ryan was a successful internet poker player, notching multiple championship wins and traveling the world in the process.

Patricia Branson

VP of Client & Employee Services

As Director of Client & Employee Services, Patricia enjoys working with clients to ensure their satisfaction on digital campaigns as well as training and developing employees internally. She brings 8+ years of digital media experience working with agencies big and small to ensure their campaigns are meeting expectations. Patricia started off managing campaigns and working with publishers, setting the foundation to grow client relationships with advanced campaign execution knowledge. Within the digital industry, Patricia has managed digital advertising campaigns for the likes of Toyota, eHarmony, esurance, American Airlines and many more. Additionally, she has also worked with publishers for media buying opportunities like WashingtonTimes, Seattle Times, Tribune Media Group and ESPN. She has formally held roles of VP of Strategy for AdKarma, a company acquired by RhythmOne and Director of Campaign Management at Division-D before joining Coegi in 2016. Patricia continues to take an interest in digital marketing trends to advance client’s campaigns.

Sean Sweeney

VP of Client Development

With 18 years of sales and leadership experience in the digital media space, Sean is in charge of leading Coegi’s direct business strategy. Sean has a strong history of success in the digital media industry and joins Coegi after having launched and managed the Central U.S. region for mobile video start-up LoopMe as their Regional Vice President of Sales. Prior to LoopMe, Sean executed and managed enterprise partnerships for digital media companies MediaMath, Rubicon Project and Triad Retail Media respectively, developing programmatic execution strategies with large brands and advertising agencies across multiple geographies and verticals.
